All products are handcrafted in small batches. Because each item is handmade, colors, scents, shapes, and appearance may vary slightly from photos.

Ingredients & Allergies

Product ingredients are listed whenever possible. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists before purchasing. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, perform a patch test before full use. Grandma’s Corner is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of products.

Orders

Orders are processed in the order they are received. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability.

Shipping

Processing times are listed on our Shipping Policy page. Once an order has been shipped, Grandma’s Corner is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of bath, body, and skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right.
