At Grandma’s Corner, every product is handcrafted with care using quality ingredients. Because our soaps and skincare products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns

Unused, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients. Because everyone’s skin is unique, we cannot guarantee that every product will be suitable for every individual.

Please review ingredient lists carefully before purchasing. Refunds cannot be issued for allergic reactions or sensitivities.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not already shipped.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
